For the strength in numbers quest, there's a door with a key card swiper. I have the key card (I think Duchess gives it to you?) and confirmed it's in my key ring. But pressing A on the swiper (there's a prompt to interact with it) does nothing. I've tried restarting my game/Xbox with no luck. Zoned into other areas and came back also with no luck.
